The TripAdvisor certificates of excellence is a true source of pride for the team at Warwick Hotels and Resorts Pacific, says regional general manager Dean Swaagman.
Mr Swaagman made the statement in response to the group’s properties recieving the 2017 TripAdvisor certificate of excellence.
In a media statement issued yesterday, Mr Swaagman said they were honoured to be awarded the TripAdvisor certificates of excellence and “we thank all past guests who took time to review our properties”.
He said for Warwick Fiji,it came as a double celebration with its signature restaurant Wicked Walu achieving the number one ranked restaurant in Fiji and in the Fine Dining category on TripAdvisor outperforming some of the most distinguished eateries in the country.
According to the statement, Warwick Ibah Luxury Villas & Spa in Ubud, Indonesia is also a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Winner for 2017, ranked 20 out of 25 top Small Hotels and 24 out of 25 top Hotels for Romance within Indonesia, no mean feat in the luxury boutique resort market given the extremely competitive tourism sector that is Bali and Indonesia as a whole.
“These awards and accolades are a testament to the hard work of the management and staff at each property and recognises their commitment to service excellence,” said Mr Swaagman.
“We congratulate each of our properties on their win.”
The certificate celebrates hospitality excellence and is only presented to businesses that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.
Warwick Fiji, The Naviti Resort, and Tambua Sands Beach Resort located on the Coral Coast of Fiji, alongside Warwick Le Lagon — Vanuatu and Warwick Ibah Luxury Villas & Spa in Ubud, Indonesia all received the coveted accolade.
Warwick Hotels and Resorts group known as The Collection is a global hospitality brand, and encompasses more than 50 hotels with more than 8000 rooms in 25 countries.
