In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, scammers are not letting a disaster go to waste!
As we become more entranced with the Covid-19 topic we are providing criminals more opportunities to trick us into either downloading and installing malware or
purchasing fake products.
According to multiple reports, these people are now creating and putting out thousands of coronavirus-related websites on a daily basis.
They are doing things such as falsely selling coronavirus-related products online, and using fake emails or text messages to try and obtain personal data.
Other scams include phishing emails and phone calls impersonating the World Health Organisation, government authorities, travel agents and teleco companies.
