Blue Lagoon Cruises regrets that due to the current situation in Fiji we see the need to further extend the suspension of operations through to 31 October 2021 as it appears that travel to Fiji is unlikely to resume prior to November 2021.
Should any announcements be made regarding Fiji re-opening their international borders prior to this then we will certainly revise our dates of operation and send out schedules accordingly. We will review the ability to operate or further suspend our services from 01 November by mid-October.
We kindly request that you make contact with any guests booked to travel up to 31 October 2021 and advise them of this extended travel restriction and the revised suspension of our services.

Cancellation Fees: For all bookings other than those made on any Non-Refundable Cruise Fares

Temporary Relaxation of our Payment Policy for all travel from 01 June 2021
To provide more flexibility in these uncertain times, we have introduced the following changes to our terms and conditions for any guests holding bookings made prior to today’s announcement.
Payment: Full Payment is now due strictly 30 days prior to the guests’ new confirmed departure date (unless purchased on a “book now / travel later” non-refundable special for which payment was required at the time of booking).
Making Changes to Your Booking – No Change Fees
If you have already selected and booked a date for your cruise, or we are holding an Open Dated Travel Credit for your booking, you are able to make unlimited changes to your cruise departure date and one (1) change to the guests’ booking name(s), provided the changes are made within 14 days prior to travel with Blue Lagoon Cruises. Any change of date or changes to a guest name(s) must be made in writing to email@example.com quoting the original booking reference and guest name(s) provided at the time of booking. New dates will be confirmed subject to availability.
