Sightseeing the Small Islets in Tuvalu

In Funafuti atoll which is the capital of Tuvalu. There are lot of islet where people can go for sightseeing and also for picnic. Most of the families during Christmas and New Year holidays, they went to one small islet for picnic. They bring all their family members and their food with them and go to these small islet for a little hide away and a small break. They will spend the weekend there, and they will come back to the main island when the weekend finished.

Whale watching in Tonga

Holiday makers are not the only ones to return to Tonga’s shores on a regular basis. After a long journey north from the icy krill-laden depths of Antarctica, southern humpback whales take shelter in the tropical reef-protected waters of Tonga to give birth to their young. The arrival of the whales from July to October completes a remarkable cycle, as the new calves return to where they were conceived 11 months earlier.

Hiking in Timor Leste

Timor-Leste is made for hiking, with stunning scenery, friendly locals and a network of tracks criss-crossing the entire country. From coastal walks to multi-day village and mountain hikes, Timor-Leste has some excellent options. Even close to Dili there is fantastic walking, including the ‘Horta Loop’ – a 2-3 hours circuit from Areia Branca Beach, with coastal views from the landmark Cristo Rei statue atop Cape Fatucama.

Walking in Niue
