In a proud moment for the Cook Islands Tourism Corporation, “The most romantic destination” was presented at a glitzy awards ceremony in Shanghai, China.
“The voting process was organized online and Cook Islands proved to be consumer favorite taking the top spot.” explained CI Tourism China office manager Danielle Xiao. “We are very proud of this achievement”.
Travelling Scope has a total circulation in China of about 657,000 copies. More than half of its distribution happens via postal subscription, while the rest is sold in kiosks, bookstores and convenient stores, including subway stations, airports and shopping malls. Readers are more male (58%) than female (42%) and those aged between 21 and 40 account for 62% of the overall audience. Moreover, 72% of the readers have a bachelor degree or above.
