Tourism Fiji Social Media Campaign A Hit With Youth

It’s cruise ship visit time again as the Southern Hemisphere Summer looms with four vessels calling into Pago Pago Harbor this month.
First up is Holland America Line’s ‘Maasdam’ on October 10th making is maiden call to American Samoa. Arriving from Honolulu, Hawaii at 7.00am the ship is on a 24 night cruise from San Diego, USA to Sydney, Australia. She departs at 5.00pm for Suva, Fiji.
The next day October 11th see’s sister ship ‘Noordam’ arriving at 8.00am from Honolulu also, and then departing at 5.00pm for Suva as well. The ship is on 38 night voyage from San Francisco, USA to Auckland, New Zealand.
Prince Cruises’ ‘Emerald Princess’ arrives in port on October 22nd at 10.00am from Nawliliwili, Hawaii then leaving at 7.00pm for Apia, Samoa. She is on a 39 night return trip from Los Angeles, USA.
The last ship to visit is Norwegian Cruise Line’s ‘Norwegian Jewel’ on October 30 also making its maiden visit to Pago Pago. Arriving at 9.00am from Bora Bora, French Polynesia, she’ll depart at 6.00pm for Apia, Samoa and is on a 39 night voyage from Vancouver, Canada to Sydney, Australia.
