Participants of the popular Kia Orana Customer Service (KOCS) course will be celebrating their graduation on the 20th of July at the Cook Islands Tertiary Training Institute (CITTI) campus in Ngatangiia from 3pm.
One hundred and eighty participants successfully completed the course over a seven month period from January – July making it one of the largest number of graduates for the Kia Orana Customer service course so far. Cook Islands Tourism Corporation have partnered with CITTI to support the delivery of the Kia Orana Customer Service course.
This course focuses on providing exceptional customer service by incorporating the Kia Orana Values into their respective workplaces. The course has been offered in Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Atiu and Mangaia.
Everyone is welcome to attend the graduation to celebrate with all the individuals who will be graduating today. Cook Islands Tourism would like to congratulate the following businesses and organisation who have completed the Kia Orana Customer service course:
