3 July 2018Hawaiian Airlines will resume its normal night flights from Honolulu to Pago Pago on July 10.
The airline has for a couple of months been operating daytime flights due to problems with Pago Pago International Airports recently upgraded Instrument Landing System.
The initial ILS upgrade by the Federal Aviation Administration discovered the newly installed antennas were faulty and new ones had to be order.
The transition from daytime back to evening flights will see HA operate two flights on July 10.
The first will depart HNL at 1.45am and arrive PPG at 6.30am and then depart at 8.30am arriving back in HNL at 2.55pm.
The second flight will leave HNL at 4.35pm, arriving PPG at 9.20am.
The return flight leaves at 11.20pm, arriving in HNL at 5.50am the next day.
Then starting July 11, these services will operate Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
