New Chef At Essence Of Fiji

Jonathan Petueli is the new chef at Essence of Fiji Café. His role is to supervise interesting café style breakfasts, lunches and all-day dining.

Delicacies include Nama Fusion dishes that provide a healthy alternative with modern flavours of the Pacific.

Petueli, who is part owner of the café, has 20 years cooking experience in various Fijian hotels, with 11 years working as head chef at Anntoinette’s Restaurant, Nadi Bay Resort Hotel.

A planned new building for the Essence of Fiji Café will incorporate a traditional restaurant facility and provide Petueli the opportunity to display new menus, food presentation and provide a great dining experience.

The café is at the Essence of Fiji Rejuvenation Centre.
