Ophelia Kitiliti Kava (23) was crowned Miss Heilala 2017 on Saturday 8 July, at the Miss Heilala Ball held at the Queen Salote Memorial Hall.
The Auckland receptionist entered the contest as Miss Apraxus New Zealand.
