Paul Gauguin’s 2018 Brochure Adds New South Pacific Cruises

            May 2, 2017
Paul Gauguin Cruises has announced the debut of its 2018 Voyages Brochure, with new itineraries including Tahiti, French Polynesia, and the South Pacific.
The brochure focuses on sailings by The Gauguin, as well as land and sea experiences, private retreats, special guests, deck plans and the 2018 sailing schedule.
In 2018, Paul Gauguin Cruises will be the first cruise line to visit the port city of Vairao in Tahiti Iti, which is the smaller of two landmasses that comprise the island of Tahiti and includes ancient petroglyphs, marae (temples), Polynesian culture, and surfing. Tahiti Iti is scheduled on seven-night Society Islands & Tahiti Iti voyages and a special sailing of the 10-night Society Islands & Tuamotus itinerary.
The Gauguin will offer these popular sailings, along with the 11-night Cook Islands & Society Islands cruises and 14-night Marquesas, Tuamotus & Society Islands itineraries.
The sailings are designed specifically to sail the lagoons of the islands and provide an up-close experience of the South Seas. On all sailings guests also receive complimentary access to Paul Gauguin Cruises’ two exclusive retreats. Off the coast of Taha’a is the islet of Motu Mahana, where guests can participate in water sports, Polynesian activities, a barbecue and cocktails. In Bora Bora, guests have access to a white sand beach and refreshments, as well as volleyball, snorkeling and paddle boarding.
Additionally, in 2018, Paul Gauguin Cruises’ partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) will offer two interactive, educational programs to enrich guests’ experience. During the summer months and holiday season, “Stewards of Nature” will be offered and invites children ages 7 to 17, as well as their families, to discover and value nature through hands-on interactive learning. The Wildlife Discovery Series is an onboard lecture program focusing on the environment and wildlife of the planet presented by professional conservationists, scientists, and oceanographers.
Paul Gauguin Cruises is offering savings of 50 percent off standard all-inclusive cruise fares on all 2018 voyages, along with included round-trip airfare from Los Angeles.
