Princess Cruises will homeport four ships in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific during the 2018-2019 season.
In all, 95 sailings will take place between May 2018 and April 2019, covering 18 countries and 70 destinations.
The programme includes sailings on the line’s newest ship, the 3,560-passenger Majestic Princess. Majestic Princess will sail from Sydney and Auckland, with voyages ranging from six to 13 days. It will call at ports within New Zealand as well as Tasmania, Fiji and other South Pacific islands.
Majestic Princess will also embark on two Australia and Asia voyages: a 22-day sailing from Shanghai to Sydney in August 2018 and a 17-day itinerary from Brisbane to Hong Kong in March 2019.
The 2,000-passenger Sun Princess will make 13 round trip departures from Sydney to New Zealand, Fiji, Tasmania and Queensland, plus a 19-day Asia and Australia voyage sailing from Hong Kong to Sydney. Prices start from £1,388pp for a 13-day New Zealand voyage, departing November 20, 2018. Sun Princess will also sail from Perth on a series of 12, 14 and 26-day South East Asia cruises visiting destinations such as Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.
The 2,600-passenger Golden Princess will sail from Melbourne to New Zealand, Tasmania, South Australia and New Caledonia. Prices start from £928pp for an eight-day Australia and New Zealand voyage, departing April 8, 2019.
The fourth vessel, Sea Princess, will offer cruises covering Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and Vanuatu. Prices start from £1,328pp for an 11-day Southern Australia Explorer voyage, departing March 12, 2019.
Longer options on Sea Princess include a 28-day round-Australia cruise and a 35-day Hawaii, Tahiti and South Pacific voyage sailing in April 2019. All fares exclude flights.
