The support from PT&I is also a great example of two Council of Regional Organisations of the Pacific (CROP) agencies collaborating.
“PTI Australia has been a strong advocate for Pacific businesses, and we are delighted to have them on board as a Bronze Sponsor for SPTE 2025. Their commitment to sustainable economic growth aligns perfectly with our vision to position the Pacific as a world-class tourism destination while ensuring long-term benefits for our communities,” said Mr. Cocker.
Onorina Fugawai, PTI Australia’s Tourism Manager, highlighted the significance of SPTE in creating new opportunities for Pacific tourism businesses.
“Tourism is the backbone of many Pacific economies, and SPTE provides a vital platform for operators to connect with global buyers and showcase the diverse experiences our region offers. PTI Australia is proud to support this event, reaffirming our commitment to strengthening the Pacific’s tourism sector and fostering sustainable growth,” said Ms. Fugawai.
As the Pacific’s premier regional tourism event, SPTE 2025 will connect tourism operators, international buyers, and media representatives, providing a platform to promote the region’s unique experiences to the global market.
