Blue Lagoon Cruises Extends the Suspension of our Operations to 31 May 2021 – Issue 12 – This issue supersedes all previous issues for Blue Lagoon Cruises
Blue Lagoon Cruises has extended our temporary suspension of operations through to 31 May 2021. The majority of bookings have already chosen to defer travel to future dates post-May 2021 as it appears that travel from our key source markets to Fiji is unlikely to resume prior to June 2021.
Should any announcements be made regarding Fiji re-opening their international borders prior to this then we will certainly revise our dates of operation and send out schedules accordingly. We will review the ability to operate or further suspend our services from 01 June by the end of May.
We kindly request that you make contact with any guests travelling up to 31 May 2021 and advise them of this extended travel restriction and the revised suspension of our services.

Temporary Relaxation of our Payment and Cancellation Policy for all travel from 01 June 2021
To provide more flexibility in these uncertain times, we have introduced the following changes to our terms and conditions for any guests holding bookings made prior to today’s announcement.
Full Payment is now due strictly 30 days prior to the guests’ new confirmed departure date (unless purchased on a “book now / travel later” non-refundable special of which payment was required at the time of booking).
Any guest who chooses to make a new booking with Blue Lagoon Cruises will be able to change dates / postpone their cruise without incurring any amendment fees regardless of the fare type being booked.
Cancellation Fees: For all new bookings made from 01 April 2020 onwards (other than those made on any Non-Refundable Cruise Fares).
7 Day Change of Mind Guarantee: New bookings may be cancelled, however, refunds will only be granted should written cancellation advice be received strictly within 7 days from the date of original purchase

Important Note for local Fiji Operators – this does NOT affect any services that we are operating for the “Love Our Locals” initiative – these are still operating as advertised and scheduled. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for these departures.
