Request for Proposal Tourism Infrastructure Project in Pohnpei.

The FSM Department of Transportation, Communication and Infrastructure, Division of Infrastructure is soliciting proposals from interested Contractors for the SOKEHS WWII HISTORIC SITE, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, and BEAUTIFICATION as specified in the attached project documents. This proposed project was initiated by Pohnpei State Government and FSM National Government.

Proposals will be received by the FSM Department of Transportation, Communication and Infrastructure (FSM DTC&IJ, Infrastructure Division in Palikir, Pohnpei FM 96941, no later than 29th of June 2018 @ 3:00 p.m. Proposal shall have Detailed Cost Estimate, Detailed Plans and specifications based from the Scope of Work and Final Draft of the Sokehs Ridge Park Development Plan. Proposal shall not exceed Six Hundred Thousand US Dollars (US $600,000.00). All proposals received shall be clearly marked: FSM/ DTC&I/ POHNPEI PROJECT “SOKEHS WWII HISTORIC SITE, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, and BEAUTIFICATION” and addressed to:
