South Sea Cruises Extension to the Suspension of our Services through to 30 November 2021 – Issue 15

We are certainly getting so much closer to being able to send out a good news email about our recommencement and border reopening so hopefully, this is the last time you hear from us about the need to extend the temporary suspension of our services! This has now been extended through to 30 November 2021.

As soon as any announcements be made regarding the re-opening of the international borders then we will certainly advise of our intentions to recommence operations and send out new schedules accordingly.

We request that you kindly make contact with any guests with bookings for travel up to 30 November 2021 and advise them of this extended travel restriction and the revised suspension of our services.

This extension includes the following services:
• All South Sea Cruises Day Cruise operations (including South Sea Island and Seaspray Day Adventures)
• Malamala Beach Club
• South Sea Cruises Resort Connections to both the Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands

We would kindly request agents and/or customers already booked on any affected services to please contact our reservations team on +679 999 5512 or by email to reservations@ssc.com.fj to defer travel dates or discuss cancellation options.

As a reminder, our cancellation policy is as follows for both our day cruises and resort connection services:

Cancellations
• All cancellations need to be received in writing and any cancellations received more than 24 hours before a booked
departure are entitled to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received within 24 hours of booked travel or no-shows will be charged at 100%.
