SPTO Welcomes Visitors with Newly Refurbished Reception Space

We’re thrilled with the reopening of our newly refurbished reception, which was officially inaugurated by the Honorable Minister for Culture & Tourism from the Solomon Islands, Choylin Yim-Douglas.

Ms Yim-Douglas noted the recent renovations in the office and their significance reflected the organisation’s vision for the future. She also highlighted the importance of the team’s efforts in areas such as sustainable tourism, marketing, research, and finance.

SPTO Chairlady Adela Issachar Aru acknowledged the hard work and leadership demonstrated by SPTO CEO and his team, highlighting their contributions to the organisation’s success.

She mentioned that the revamped space is designed to support SPTO’s mission and foster a collaborative environment as we work together to shape the future of sustainable tourism in the Pacific.

“The new reception will serve as a hub to welcome all member countries, partners, and stakeholders to SPTO,”Ms Aru shared.
