Local chef, Ngametua (Tua) Ngaro Tariau, delighted a number of key media, airlines and travel agents in Frankfurt, Germany with a superb 8 course meal made of fresh tuna and cooked directly in front of guests. Tua will also represent the Cook Islands at the La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Junior Chef of the Year Competition
