European Commission Director-General for International Cooperation and Development, Stefano Manservisi and Secretary General of the Pacific Island Forum (PIFS), Dame Meg Taylor, has signed the European Union (EU) “Investment Facility for the Pacific” to support and promote sustainable development in the Pacific.
