Part of an going strategy to promote the Solomon Islands to Taiwanese travellers, a senior group of Taiwanese tourism and media representatives has arrived in Honiara. A joint venture between the Solomon Islands Ministry of Culture & Tourism, Solomon Islands Visitors Bureau, Solomon Airlines and the Solomon Islands Embassy in Taipei, the five-strong group’s program will include the opportunity to visit hotels and resorts in Honiara and the Western Province and also experience key cultural and historical activities in both areas.

Tourism, the economy, law and justice post-RAMSI, investment, agriculture, business, infrastructure, governance and resources are some of the areas which will be focused on at the upcoming 9th Australia Solomon Islands Business Forum.
