A travel information centre will be established on Tanna to boost tourism in Tafea province. This was formalized in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) yesterday at Isangel on Tanna.
Following the passage of Cyclone Cook this weekend over the Vanuatu islands, Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO) is pleased to advise it is business as usual in the islands and hotels and resorts are open as normal.
Over 30 locals on Tanna have attended an accredited training on accommodation service this year. The participants are employed by small tourism operators around Tanna in housekeeping.
