A travel information centre will be established on Tanna to boost tourism in Tafea province. This was formalized in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) yesterday at Isangel on Tanna.

Tafea tourism stakeholders should start preparing for tourism boom as another infrastructure project announced for Tanna will bring more tourists.

Over 30 locals on Tanna have attended an accredited training on accommodation service this year. The participants are employed by small tourism operators around Tanna in housekeeping.
