Led by the Institute of Youth and Sports of French Polynesia (IJSPF), in partnership with the Tourism Department and the Employment Service of Training and Professional Integration (SEFI), and with support of the town hall and the tourism committee of Bora Bora, this training delivers a diploma conferring prerogatives to supervise and animate the physical activities in an objective of discovery of the natural environment, while respecting the regulations in force.
It concerns snorkling, coastal strip walking, recreational fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddle, va’a and jet-ski. With regard to fishing, the decree restricts the prerogatives of the guide to fishing known as “leisure”. In coordination with the SEFI, this training is aimed primarily at jobseekers.
