1 May 2026PORT VILA, VANUATU – Thursday 30th April 2026: TokTok Vanuatu goes on Tour 2026 to Sydney & Brisbane, reconnecting with the Australia trade and media as part of Vanuatu’s latest tourism updates and opportunities.
After a two-year hiatus, Vanuatu’s premier travel trade event, TokTok Vanuatu, returns in 2026 with a roadshow to Sydney and Brisbane aimed at strengthening engagement with the Australian travel trade market.
Event Schedule
• Tuesday 13 October 2026 – Sydney
• Wednesday 14 October 2026 – Brisbane
Each stop will feature a VIP luncheon and evening trade networking event connecting Vanuatu tourism operators with retail agents, wholesalers, product managers, consortia, and trade media.
Vanuatu Tourism Office, CEO, Adela Issachar Aru said the tour reinforces the importance of the Australian market as Vanuatu tourism priority and number one market.
“TokTok Vanuatu on Tour allows us to reconnect directly with our trade partners and share Vanuatu’s growth and future direction. It also strengthens the supplier engagement with the travel trade exposing them to how the market has also changed. This prepares Vanuatu tourism to prepare for our 2027 Toktok Vanuatu event,” she said.
Vanuatu Hotels and Resorts Association Chairman Mr. Loïc Bernier said the return of the event reflects the industry’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and driving visitor growth.
“TokTok Vanuatu on Tour – Australia 2026 is a critical initiative for our tourism sector. Australia remains our largest and most strategic source market, and maintaining strong, direct engagement with both trade partners and media is essential to sustaining growth and rebuilding momentum.
This event provides an important platform for Vanuatu’s industry stakeholders to reconnect, reinforce relationships, and showcase the depth and diversity of our tourism offering. It also signals our collective commitment, as an industry, to working in close partnership with the Vanuatu Tourism Office to drive visitor demand and long-term resilience.
We look forward to strengthening these ties and welcoming more Australian visitors to experience Vanuatu in the years ahead,” he said.
