Complaints and Concerns
If any member of the public including the SPTO’s vendors would like to raise a concern or are not satisfied with any procurement or procurement-related activity, they may raise their concerns.
The complaint will need to be in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The formal complaint should outline the name of the tender and the details of the complaint.
The complaint will be received in good faith and will be dealt with in a way that does not prejudice the complainant’s ongoing or future participation in procurement or affect any rights of the complainant.
