Senator Reklai from Palau visited Yap, and met with the Yap Visitors Bureau (YVB) Board and management on April 10, concerning a plan to try bringing in small groups from Palau to Yap on Caroline Island Air.
With the current sched-ule, Yap hotels could offer 3-day, 4-day, and a 1-week packages.
YVB expressed interest in the concept. Both parties agreed to bring FAM trip for the Palau agents to showcase Yap, and to meet with the various hotel owners to work out possible packages for the groups.
